We want LumiCalm to earn a place in your evenings. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us via the Contact page or at onlinebiz234@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We may ask you to return the item; if a return is needed, we will send instructions first — please do not ship anything back unannounced.
Refund processing
Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Most banks process it within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
Late or missing refunds
If a confirmed refund has not appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we will chase it.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
