Free worldwide shipping

Every LumiCalm order ships free with tracking — no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time

Typical delivery takes 10–12 business days from dispatch, depending on your country and local carriers. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Order changes

Need to fix an address or change your order? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to catch it before dispatch.

Customs and import fees

International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs or import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your country, not by us.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 days or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate, and replace or refund where appropriate.
